I was sure that I'll find the 2.2 FW for the Touch on this site but it doesn't look like it Confused
so I had to find it and upload it

PS this is only for the first generation IPod Touch (if you don't have volume buttons on the left side of the Touch it's a first gen)

Instructions

1. Select your iPod Touch under the devices category on the left hand side in Itunes
2. Hold Shift and click Restore
3. Select the file that you just downloaded
4. Enjoy!
